Meeting times
Our scouts, cubs and beavers generally meet once a week at the Scout HQ during term time. For safeguarding reasons, we are advised not publish meeting times on our website, so please contact the section leaders for more details or use the contact form.
Special activities may occur elsewhere other than the Scout HQ or at other times, especially Scouts and Explorers. Please check on with the section leader.
Fees
Our fees from September 2024 will remain at £35 per child per term.
We are able to maintain this low level because all our parents who can, use GiftAid to augment our income. GiftAid allows us to reclaim an additional 25% of the fees you pay from HMRC at no cost to you (or to your benefit if you are a higher rate tax payer).
Financial challenges?
No child should be denied the scout experience because their parents or guardians are struggling to find the money to pay the fees. If this applies to you, please contact Liz, our Group Lead Volunteer (aka Group Scout Leader), for a confidential chat.
